Join us for the opening of The TRUST Center!
The TRUST Center is a safe space for trans and queer folx to vibe, network, learn new things, and just exist as you are. As a space, The TRUST Center is a safe, affirming space where we can thrive. As a non-profit, The Trust Center is a place to find resources in real time, from toiletry items and clothing, to information on how to change your name or get a passport or find queer friendly housing. Our spokes are never-ending connections breathing life into the inclusive safe spaces of southern Colorado.
The Trust Center makes connections by fostering relationships, providing our siblings with a shoulder to cry on, a shared laugh, a new friend, or the comfort of a safe space – we’ll meet you there.
Please help us kick off our mission of supporting trans and queer folx throughout Colorado Springs and Southern Colorado with a Mardi Gras bash! We will have entertainment, DMINQ (a queer artist and producer from Colorado), readings of work from one of our own, Marus, jambalaya, king cake, and other handmade goodies for you to enjoy while you check out the best new spot to be exactly who you are.
While we do happily accept donations, they are NOT necessary to come as you are and enjoy the safe space we’ve created!
