Trans-Centered Yoga class!

Trans centered yoga is a one hour gentle movement class that emphasizes simple movement, relaxation, and easeful breathing exercises. The class is designed to be as accessible as possible through inviting language, emphasis of awareness over correctness in form, and an overall easy going atmosphere. If you do not have a yoga mat than feel free to just bring a beach towel. If you have any questions you are welcome to contact me.
